Important information regarding purchases, terms, returns and postage.
All purchases will be sent as soon as possible once payment has been received, usually within 2-3 working days (this will be slightly more during sales or for customised items). If there are any issues with your order you will be contacted to discuss your order via email, so please make sure you include the correct email address and phone number.
Orders and payments:
Orders are made online or by contacting us by email. Payments can be made via credit card (securely via eway), paypal or direct deposit (details in our shopping cart). Direct deposit orders will be cancelled if payment is not received within 5 working days, or unless arranged with us.
All parcels are sent via Australia Post and you have three options available in the shopping cart.
$9.95 for standard prepaid postage which does not have insurance - hollyandeddie will not be held liable for any items lost in the mail so we prefer customers to pay an extra $3.20 for registered postage.
$12.95 for large items including bags, stickers and suitcase gift sets (this is not registered but can be for an extra $3.20
$14.95 for furniture items (to be confirmed as the order may exceed this shipping estimate)
Local buyers on the NSW Central Coast area are welcome to pick up their items, please select - local pickup option.
International postage is available by contacting us at email@example.com
Lost items: If your parcel does not arrive (and you have used registered post), please contact us, claims may be made through Australia Post with a tracking number, and are limited to $100. We can not be held liable for any losses or missing items sent through Australia Post. We recommend regsitering your parcel for another $3.20 which covers you in such a case.
Returns may be made within 7 days of order as long as items meet these conditions; they are in 'as new' condition and packaging, have not been worn or washed, have labels attached, do not smell of smoke and are not soiled in any way. **Sale items are non returnable**.
No refund will include postage costs, and any items purchased on sale are not able to be refunded, we may be able to exchange for your but postage costs are at your own expense.
At hollyandeddie we respect your privacy. We only use your personal information to process your orders and send you our newsletter (if you agree to receive it), this information is kept confidential. We do not pass on your information to any third party. Our checkout is SSL secure so you can have confidence in purchasing from us.
